Gemäß Artikel 33 der REACH-Verordnung ist jeder “nachgeschalteter Anwender” verpflichtet, besonders besorgniserregende Stoffe (SVHCs) zu melden, sobald diese mit mehr als 0,1 Masseprozent in seinen Produkten enthalten sind.
Am 19. Januar 2021 kamen folgende neue Stoffe auf die REACH SVHC Kandidatenliste:

Additionale Frage zu ECHA SCIP Datenbank Account
Seit dem 05. Januar 2021 müssen Produkte die SVHCs enthalten, in der ECHA SCIP Datenbank (Substances of Concern in Articles and Products) registriert werden.
Haben Sie schon einen ECHA SCIP Datenbank Account (SCIP Legal Entity UUID)?
Sofern Sie noch keinen ECHA SCIP Datenbank Account haben, nennen Sie uns bitte bis den Termin bis wann Sie voraussichtlich einen ECHA SCIP Datenbank Account haben werden.

Hintergrund zu REACH SVHC:
REACH steht für Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals und ist als EU-Chemikalienverordnung am 1. Juni 2007 in Kraft getreten. Als EU-Verordnung besitzt REACH gleichermaßen und unmittelbar in allen Mitgliedstaaten Gültigkeit. Durch REACH wird das bisherige Chemikalienrecht grundlegend harmonisiert und vereinfacht. Halbjährlich wird die Liste der SVHC Stoffe erweitert.

Article 33 of the REACH Regulation requires any “downstream user” to report substances of very high concern (SVHCs) as soon as they are contained in their products at more than 0.1 % by mass.
On 19’th of January 2021, new substances were added to the REACH SVHC candidate list:

Additional question on ECHA SCIP database account
Since January 5, 2021, products containing SVHCs have to be registered in the ECHA SCIP database (Substances of Concern in Articles and Products).
Do you already have an ECHA SCIP database account (SCIP Legal Entity UUID)?
If you do not have an ECHA SCIP database account yet, please give us the date by when you will probably have an ECHA SCIP database account.

Background to REACH SVHC:
REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals and entered into force as an EU Chemicals Ordinance on 1 June 2007. As an EU regulation, REACH is equally and directly applicable in all Member States. REACH will harmonize and simplify existing chemicals legislation. The list of SVHC substances is updated on a semi-annual Basis.
